🚀Getting Started
Before you can build bots and talk to customers, you need to get into your account and finish a couple of one-time steps. This section walks you through them in order.
What you'll need
An OnRaven account — You get this from your company or admin (an email address and usually an initial password or magic link).
A supported browser — Use a recent version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge for the best experience.
About 5–10 minutes — For first-time login, password setup, and billing info.
What happens first (in order)
1. Log in
You’ll use the email and password that was set up for you (or that you used when you signed up). If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page; we’ll send you a reset link by email.
2. Set a new password (first time only)
If your account was just created, the app will ask you to choose a new password right after login. This keeps your account secure. You only do this once (unless you or your admin resets the password later).
3. Add billing info (first time only)
Right after the password step, we may ask for your name and billing address. This is only for future invoices. We won’t charge you until you add a payment method and choose a plan in the Billing section of the app.
After you're done
Once you’ve logged in and completed the password and billing steps (if they were shown), you’ll land in the app. From there you can:
Open the Dashboard to see a quick overview.
Go to Bots to create your first bot.
Go to Integrations or Campaigns to connect Web Chat or a social channel.
Open the Inbox to see and reply to conversations.
Quick checklist
If all of the above are done, you’re ready to create your first bot and connect a channel.
