🔐Log in to your account
Logging in is how you get into OnRaven. You’ll use your email and password (or a magic link, if your team has that enabled).
How to log in (step by step)
Open the OnRaven login page You’ll get a link from your team or your admin (e.g.
https://app.onraven.com/loginor your company’s custom URL).Enter your email address Use the email that was set up for your OnRaven account (e.g.
[email protected]). The field may say "Email" or show a placeholder like "[email protected]".Enter your password Type the password you chose (or the one you were given). You can use the show/hide icon to check what you typed. The field is often labeled "Password" or shows dots (••••••••).
Click "Log in" (or press Enter).
If everything is correct, you’ll be taken into the app. You’ll usually land on the Dashboard or the page you were trying to open (if you had a redirect link).
First time logging in?
Two things may happen right after your first successful login:
Set a new password A modal (pop-up) may appear asking you to create a new password. This is normal for new accounts. Complete the steps in Set up your new password, then continue.
Add billing info After the password step, another screen may ask for your billing contact name and address. See Add your billing info. You won’t be charged until you add a payment method and choose a plan later in Billing.
You only need to do both once. After that, logging in will take you straight into the app.
I forgot my password
On the login page, find the link "Forgot password?" or "Reset password" (usually below the password field).
Click it and enter the email address you use for OnRaven.
Check your email — we’ll send you a link to create a new password. The email might take a few minutes; check spam if you don’t see it.
Click the link in the email. You’ll be taken to a page where you type your new password twice (to confirm).
Submit. After that, log in as usual with your email and the new password.
If you never receive the reset email, check that you entered the correct OnRaven email address and ask your admin to confirm your account is active.
Log in with a magic link (if your team uses it)
Some setups let you sign in with a magic link instead of a password: you enter your email, we send a link, you click it and you’re in.
On the login page, look for an option like "Magic link" or "Email me a link".
Enter your email and submit.
Open your email and click the link we send you.
You’ll be logged in without typing a password.
If you don’t see this option, your organization might not have it enabled. Use email + password instead.
Tips
Keep your password private — Don’t share it. OnRaven staff will never ask for your password by email or phone.
Use a supported browser — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge (recent versions) work best. Clear cache or try another browser if the page doesn’t load correctly.
Redirect after login — If you had a link that included "redirect=" (e.g. to open a specific page), after login you’ll be sent to that page. Otherwise you’ll go to the Dashboard or home.
What if I can’t log in?
"Invalid credentials" or similar — Double-check your email and password. Make sure Caps Lock is off and there are no extra spaces.
No reset email — Wait a few minutes, check spam/junk, and confirm you used the correct OnRaven email. If it still doesn’t arrive, contact your admin.
Account disabled — Your admin may have disabled your account. Contact them or your company’s IT/support.
