📄Add your billing info

Right after you set your new password (for new accounts), OnRaven may ask you for billing information. This is used for future invoices and to keep our records correct. You are not charged at this step — we won’t charge you until you add a payment method (e.g. a card) and choose a plan in the Billing section of the app.


When you’ll see this

After you complete "Set up your new password", a second screen can appear: "Billing information" or "Complete your billing details". You only see this once when your account is new. Some setups may skip it; if you don’t see it, you can go straight to using the app and add or change billing details later under Billing.


What we ask for

What to enter

Billing contact name

Your full name (or the person responsible for billing). The field might be pre-filled from your account (e.g. first name).

Billing address

Your full address: street, city, state/region, postal code, and country. All required fields must be filled. The form may use a single "Address" block that collects everything.

VAT number (optional)

If you’re a business in the EU and have a VAT number, you can enter it here (e.g. EU123456789) for tax purposes. You can leave this blank if it doesn’t apply.


Important to know

  • We won’t charge you yet. This information is only for future billing and invoicing. You won’t be charged until you add a payment method (e.g. a card) and choose a plan in the Billing section of the app.

  • Your data is secure. Billing details are stored and processed in line with our security and privacy practices.

  • You can update it later. You can change your billing contact name, address, or VAT number at any time under Billing (e.g. "Manage" or account/billing settings).


What to do (step by step)

  1. Billing contact name — Type or confirm the name. Use the name that should appear on invoices.

  2. Billing address — Fill in every required field (street, city, state/region, postal code, country). If the form shows a single address block, complete all parts of it.

  3. VAT number — If you have one (e.g. EU business), enter it. Otherwise leave it blank.

  4. Click "Complete setup & continue" (or the equivalent button on the screen).

After that, you’ll enter the main app and can start using Bots, Channels, and the Inbox. You can go to Billing later to add a payment method and choose a plan when you’re ready.


What appears on invoices?

Invoices will use the billing contact name and billing address you provided. If you entered a VAT number, it may be shown on the invoice for tax compliance. You can update any of this later in Billing so future invoices stay correct.
