📋Activity Logs
Activity Logs show you a record of everything that happens in your OnRaven account. Think of it like a security camera for your workspace — it records who did what and when.
How to open Activity Logs
In the left sidebar, click Activity Logs. You'll see a table with a history of actions.
What you'll see
Each row in the table is one action, with these columns:
Timestamp
The date and time the action happened.
User
The name of the team member who performed the action.
Action
What they did (e.g. created, updated, deleted, logged in).
Resource
What they did it to (e.g. a bot, a campaign, a team member, a setting).
Status
Whether it succeeded or failed.
Details
A short description with more context (click to expand).
Search and filter
You can narrow down the log to find specific events:
Search — Type a keyword (e.g. a bot name or team member name) to find related entries.
Filter by user — Show only actions by a specific team member.
Filter by action type — Show only certain actions (e.g. only "deleted" actions, only "created" actions).
Filter by resource type — Show only actions on certain things (e.g. only bot changes, only team changes).
Filter by status — Show only successful or failed actions.
Date range — Set a start and end date to focus on a specific time period.
Export logs
You can download the activity log for record-keeping or analysis:
Set your filters to show the data you want.
Click Export.
Choose a format: CSV (for spreadsheets) or PDF (for reports).
The file downloads to your computer.

Activity Logs are typically available to Admins only. If you don't see Activity Logs in your sidebar, your role may not have permission. Ask your admin if you need access.
Troubleshooting
Don't see Activity Logs in sidebar
Your role may not have permission. Ask your admin.
Log is empty
Check your date range filter — it might be set to a range with no activity. Reset all filters.
Can't find a specific event
Try different search terms or broaden your filters. Some actions (like automatic system tasks) may not appear in user-facing logs.
For managing team members and roles, see Team & settings. For account billing, see Billing & subscription.
