The Marketplace is where you can browse and install ready-made bot templates. Instead of building a bot from scratch, you can start with a pre-built one and customize it for your business.

How to open the Marketplace

In the left sidebar, click Marketplace. You'll see a collection of bot templates organized by category.

What you'll see

Featured bots

At the top, you may see a featured section highlighting popular or recommended templates. These are great starting points if you're not sure what to pick.

Template cards

Each template is shown as a card with:

• Name — What the bot is called (e.g. "E-commerce Assistant", "Lead Qualifier", "Support Bot").

• Description — A short summary of what it does.

• Category — The type of use case (e.g. Customer Support, E-commerce, Lead Generation).

• Price — Free or a one-time price.

• Popular badge — Shown on the most installed templates.

Categories

You can filter templates by category:

Category	What it's for
Customer Support	Templates that answer FAQs, handle complaints, and route to agents.
E-commerce	Templates for order tracking, product recommendations, cart reminders.
Lead Generation	Templates that qualify leads, collect contact info, and schedule demos.
Utilities	General-purpose templates like surveys, appointment booking, and feedback collection.
Recommended	Hand-picked templates that work well for most businesses.

You can also search by name or keyword.

Install a template

1. Browse or search for a template you like.

2. Click on the card to see the full details:

   • A longer description of what the bot does.

   • A list of features included.

   • Pricing information.

3. Click Install (or Buy if it has a price).

4. The template is added to your Bots list as a new bot.

5. Go to Bots to find it, open it in the Workflow Builder, and customize the messages, options, and settings for your business.

Tip: Templates are a starting point. You can (and should) change the messages to match your brand's voice, add your product details, and adjust the flow to fit your needs.

Coming soon templates

Some cards are marked as Coming Soon. You can click Notify Me to get an alert when they become available. You can also click Request Feature to tell us what kind of template you'd like to see.

Request a custom bot

If you need a bot that doesn't match any template, look for the Request Custom Bot button on the Marketplace page. This connects you with our team to discuss building a custom solution for your business.

After installing

Once a template is installed:

1. Go to Bots in the sidebar.

2. Find the new bot (it'll have the template's name).

3. Click to open it in the Workflow Builder.

4. Customize the messages, options, and logic to fit your business.

5. Assign it to a campaign (channel) so customers can interact with it.

6. Activate the bot.

Troubleshooting

Problem	What to try
Can't find a specific template	Use the search bar and try different keywords. Filter by All categories to see everything.
Template installed but I can't find the bot	Go to Bots and look for the template name. It may be set to Inactive by default; you'll need to edit and activate it.
Template doesn't fit my needs	Templates are fully editable. Open it in the Workflow Builder and change anything you want. Or start from scratch — see Create your first bot.
